Abstract

The reseach purpose formulated the specific strategy for Rumah Makan Padang business development. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis techniques will be divided into three activities: 1) The input stage uses the Delphi technique, 2) the adjustment stage by weighting technique which used a reciprocal rank method and 3) The decision determination stage analyzed by the quantitative strategic planning matrix method. The recomendation strategy are: do the supply chain management with trusted suppliers, make the collaboration with the government to facilate and grant all permits related to halal, health, safety and food security accreditation, develope financing, delivery and promoting throug digital technology, innovate the menus and keep to maintaining unique building concepts and service techniques.

Abstract

Beberapa ilmuwan menggunakan beberapa cara untuk mendapatkan untuk mendeteksi kebangkrutan perusahaan diantaranya adalah Altman Z score. Ia menggunakan berbagai formula rasio keuangan untuk menilai kesehatan keuangan suatu perusahaan. Dalam studi ini menggunakan beberapa rasio keuangan untuk mendeteksi kesulitan keuangan atau (Financial Distress). Peneliti akan memilih setidaknya 4 perusahaan pertambangansub sector logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia di periode 2014-2018. Seluruh laporan keuangan dari seluruh perusahaan pertambangan dikumpulkan dan dihitung berdasarkan formula yang telah digunakan oleh Altman. Hasilnya hanya PT Vale Tbk atau INCO yang dari tahun 2014-2018 menunjukkan perusahaan yang sehat. Baik CITA dan ANTAM mengalami kesulitan di awal tahun observasi namun di akhir tahun observasi, keduanya menjadi baik. sedangkan TINS mempunyai nilai Z yang buruk di lima tahun pengamatan 2014-2018.

Abstract

The purpose of studi is to empirically examine the influence of the institutional ownership, the managerial ownership, the audit committee, the audit firm size, the size of the board commissioners and of the leverage towards the costs of agency. The 37 manufacturing companies (consumer goods industry) which are listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010-2014 become the population of this study whilst the 27of the 37 manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the similar years are selected to be the samples. Purposive sampling is used in this study. The result of this study shows that both the institutional ownership and the audit firm size have a significant effect on agency costs but the managerial ownership, the audit committee, the size of board commissioners and the leverage do not have a significant effect on the agency cost. The institutional ownership, the managerial ownership, the audit committee, the audit firm size, the size of board commissioners and the leverage jointly have a significant effect on agency costs.

Abstract

The current business competition has encouraged business managers (as well as business candidates) to move quickly, creatively and anticipatively. This is due to a fundamental change in business competition systems that utilize technology. These changes include trading systems, transactions, marketing systems and payment systems. Agreements on free trade have resulted in various products flowing swiftly from one country to another without barriers or protection. The results showed that respondents' assessment of the implementation of online shopping attitudes, ease of transactions in purchasing decisions on alternative options is very good. The analysis shows that the value of 0.750 means the attitude of online shopping and the perception of ease of transactions have a close and positive correlation to the purchasing decision of respondents. While the influence of the attitude of online shopping and the perception of ease of transactions on the purchase decision of respondents 56.30%. while the remaining 43.70% again influenced by other factors.

Abstract

There are differences in the provisions according to the statement of Financial accounting standards with the provisions of the Constitution on which regulates the management of fixed assets to determine the amount of depreciation load of fixed assets so that the profit can be achieved by the company of different methods and provisions and can be known to the ability level of the company in generating profitability. This research was conducted to understand the difference in the use of depreciation methods in fixed assets according to accounting and tax policies in creating company profitability. Based on research that has been carried out depreciation expense based on greater accounting policy compared to depreciation load using depreciation method based on tax policy. Resulting in a different profit. This results in a profitability ratio that fluctuates each of its periods.

Abstract

Moda transportasi MRT merupakan moda transportasi baru diJakarta. Moda transportasi kereta ini menawarkan kecepatan pelayanan dankemodernan berbagai fasilitas serta menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengatasikemacetan di kota Jakarta. Hal ini tentu sangat menarik bagi masyarakat untukmenggunakan jasa transportasi tersebut. Tujuan: tujuan penelitian ini untukmengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa transportasi MRT Jakarta. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel berjumlah 100 responden, ditarik dari pelanggan kereta MRT Jakarta dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian: hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa transportasi kereta MRT Jakarta. Kontribusi keberpengaruhan fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa transportasi kereta MRT Jakarta sebesar 86,1%.
